As a Technology Support Specialist, this position has given me the opportunity to teach e-portfolio to students and faculty. As an administrator for e-portfolio, I create student and faculty accounts. I plan and coordinate workshops for e-portfolio trainings. I also teach faculty, how to use e-portfolio presentation and e-portfolio gradebook. In addition to formal training, I am available to provide extra help with e-portfolio. I work well with students. I train staff members, how to use Banner system. I enjoy learning and teaching others a lot. I also have the opportunity to create and maintain the Farmingdale First website.

I have successfully completed a web development internship during the Spring of 2010 for Executrain of Long Island. This internship gave me the experience to develop skills, which I can use to fulfill requirements for this position and improve my professional development.

The courses I have taken in Nassau Community College, Farmingdale State College and Brooklyn College, have prepared me for a job in the Information System Field.
